1929 Canadian five cents !! also found 2 scythe tips, a hand forged chisel/gouge, baseball disc, small ladies compact, some clad, small aluminum disc, chunk of lead, and a bronze handle, broke off something, it was giving me a solid 50 cent signal, showing 10-12" deep. I was pumped, figured it was a 1/2 dollar !! Nope, but it was almost 13" deep !! The nickel, I measured at 7" deep. Rich. This was the same park, where I found the metal pipes, for the park guy !

Bruce, trhe back is rusty, but I can see it has like statistics etc. printed on it, don't know about a manufacturer, or who the player is, this is the first one I ever saw. Rich

Rich,

Man that's a rusted coin, but a nice find. It looks to me as a 1964 Salada Tea coin which were distibuted in Salada Ice tea packs back then. It could also be a Topps coin from 1964 which were inserted in card packs as a bonus.. It's hard to tell but definitley from the 60's. Salada and Topps (the guys who make Sports cards) inserted these as a bonus/insert.. Thanks for the pic and hope this helps..
