 Struck SILVER!

PostSubject: Struck SILVER!   Tue Jul 01, 2008 7:01 pm

I went back to the old lot tonight and this time I struck silver! I dug a 1937 Merc, 1909 Wheatie( No mint mark or VDB :-( ), 5 other wheaties(40's/50's- not pictured), and a pocket knife. I could not believe how easy it was to clean the 1909 wheatie or how clean I got it!

Awesome bud!!! You got me beat, the oldest wheat that I have found was a 1913. Thats a great looking Merc!!! Congrats Very Happy
